MORTAGE VALUATION
We perform property surveys that are prerequisite to mortgage loans granting. Our service aims at identifying property current and prospective values on which mortgage loans are based. Such values, source of the decision-making process, guarantee independence and self reliance, dependability and consistency of our services.
Reliability on appraised values
Yard Value can count on chartered surveyors, their involvement, combined with a strict recruitment and selection and a constant monitoring, guarantees value reliability and information quality.Appraised values are certified with a thorough quality check with specific procedures and verification. Our desktop valuations are carried out by our senior valuers that as well as their own experience, employ data base available on the market, and our own internal data base totalling over 20,000 valuation reports only in 2007.
Delivery timing
Yard Value is able to deliver complete valuation reports in 3/5 business days depending on the type of valuation requested.
E-valuation reports
Yard Value entitles Banks – through password and data protection system in compliance with the in-force law – to use a valuation report filed on its server. Yard Value keeps the computerised data stored always available for client banks, with the possibility of transferring the reports in their own computerised system.
Yard Value has a constantly updated software to manage the whole process from survey application to report delivery, the software works in a transparent, professional and easy-to-use ways, featuring technical aspects and administrative forms used by lenders and professionals. |
