Facility and Building Management services include:

  • Design and implementation of complex systems for the provision of asset management and individual services
    (drawing up budgets,
    re-engineering pre-existing services, monitoring projects and facility services, creating reports, streamlining and optimising management and running costs)
  • Management of building services (Contracts for the provision of services such as, utilities, cleaning, concierge services, gardening etc.)
  • Management of maintenance services (Planning of ordinary, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency and extraordinary maintenance,
    planned on-site visits to properties, optimisation of installations)
  • Energy Management (energy audit and certification, scheduling of maintenance jobs to optimise systems in order to reduce consumption and achieve energy savings)
  • Monitoring of building services and maintenance of any “double net” agreements (periodic checking of tenants’ compliance with contractual obligations,
    checking of maintenance operations due to accidental damage)
  • Notification and reporting (regular and punctual compilation of periodic information notices and reports for clients)
